Don’t get SaaD. Get Rippling.
Remember when software made business simpler?
Today, the average company runs 100+ apps—each with its own logins, data, and headaches. HR can’t find employee info. IT fights security blind spots. Finance reconciles numbers instead of planning growth.
Our State of Software Sprawl report reveals the true cost of “Software as a Disservice” (SaaD)—and how much time, money, and sanity it’s draining from your teams.
The future of work is unified. Don’t get SaaD. Get Rippling.
Growth flywheel is a private newsletter, where every week I share the BTS (and my learnings) of how I am growing my business and my wisdom. 3X/W.
Hey wassup 👋🏻
As you know, I have been building two businesses at the same time.
My focus on Trimmerly is a bit less right now, and honestly, this season has been turbulent. I am doing most of it alone, learning as I go and trying to grow from scratch, with £0 MRR, which makes everything feel even heavier.
But one thing I keep coming back to is: this too shall pass.
Everyone I look up to has had their own uncertain season. They struggled, they doubted, and they questioned everything.
That season shaped who they eventually became. That reminder keeps me going.
I am choosing the long term even when the short term feels uncomfortable. Growth rarely feels good while it is happening. It is slow, uncertain and humbling. But slow is not failing.
I would rather create something meaningful over time than chase quick comfort and regret it later. Every small step, every late night and every lesson compounds, even if I cannot see the results yet.
So I am staying patient, staying consistent and backing myself. One day, this chapter will make sense, and I will be grateful I did not give up.
I am learning to trust the journey a bit more. To stop comparing, to stop rushing and to focus on what I can actually control. Progress over perfection. Patience.
And honestly, I know the future version of me will thank me for showing up now.
Did you like what I just shared? Well, pls share with your friends. Appreciate it.
