Don’t get SaaD. Get Rippling.

Remember when software made business simpler?

Today, the average company runs 100+ apps—each with its own logins, data, and headaches. HR can’t find employee info. IT fights security blind spots. Finance reconciles numbers instead of planning growth.

Our State of Software Sprawl report reveals the true cost of “Software as a Disservice” (SaaD)—and how much time, money, and sanity it’s draining from your teams.

The future of work is unified. Don’t get SaaD. Get Rippling.

Growth flywheel is a private newsletter, where every week I share the BTS (and my learnings) of how I am growing my business and my wisdom. 3X/W.

I recently watched a podcast where Arvind Srinivas, co-founder of Perplexity, shared advice he once received from Sam Altman. It has been stuck in my mind ever since.

He had asked Sam how to figure out what you're naturally good at.

Sam’s answer was simple.

Whatever comes easily to you but feels hard for others.

Most of us are hustling every day. Trying to build something. Trying to do something meaningful. But often we are stuck because we are playing someone else’s game.

Aren’t we?

  • Aren’t we trying to beat someone?

  • Aren’t we trying to earn more money than someone else?

  • Aren’t we trying to build a bigger house than someone else?

What if we stopped comparing and started paying attention to what flows naturally for us?

The point is this. Work on things that come easily to you but are hard for others.

If you do what others avoid or fear, you naturally face less competition. You become the best in your own space.

Because you are finally playing your own game.

And no one can beat you at that.

Did you like what I just shared? Well, pls share with your friends. Appreciate it.
