Hey wassup 👋🏻

Everyone faces a time when a problem feels too large to handle. When something looks huge, most people can’t work. I personally notice this too. People say, ‘Oh, I’m so stressed I can’t do anything. ’

They do not know where to start, so they avoid the problem, which makes it feel even bigger. This is normal.

There is a simple idea that helps. If a problem feels too big, shrink the next step.

Do not try to fix the whole thing in one attempt. Choose one very small action you can take right now. The step should be simple enough that you feel no resistance.

Small steps support your mind in several ways. They reduce fear because you are not facing the whole problem at once. They create movement because even a tiny action gives you a small feeling of progress. This little progress builds confidence and shows you that the situation is manageable.

Working in small steps also protects you from discouragement. If something does not work, it is easier to correct a small mistake than to rebuild a large plan.

You can use this idea in everyday life. If your room feels too messy, start by picking up five items. If an assignment feels overwhelming, read one paragraph. If a personal issue feels unmanageable, write one sentence about how you feel.

Big problems rarely need big solutions all at once. You need to go to point B from point A.
