I started freelancing back in May 2023. Since then, I have changed my niche a couple of times and offered different kinds of services.
I also started building my newsletter in October 2023, changed its niche five times, and eventually sold it.
The same thing happened with my travel newsletter. I changed the niche two to three times, and I am about to change it again. (I will share more about that on Thursday)
On YouTube as well, I tried different formats before turning it into a creatorpreneur podcast.
It is definitely not the ideal way of doing things. And while I believe change is the only constant, what I have been doing makes me look quite fickle-minded.
I have been working on this for a while, and I have finally decided on something.
I am going to change everything I want to change now and then stick to it for the next 365 days.
This time, I want to prove to myself that I can build something meaningful without constantly changing.
So the Growth Flywheel is changing too.
Here is what I have noticed. You do not really care much about the behind-the-scenes stuff, but you do care about growth.
So this is the first and final change to TGF.
I just need some time to think carefully about what exactly you will be receiving, because after this, I will not be changing anything.
Here is the rough idea. Since The Growth Flywheel is a creatorpreneur newsletter, it will focus on how creators are growing, the strategies they use, the patterns, the new formats I am observing, and everything that helps you grow.
