A Better Way to Deploy Voice AI at Scale

Most Voice AI deployments fail for the same reasons: unclear logic, limited testing tools, unpredictable latency, and no systematic way to improve after launch.

The BELL Framework solves this with a repeatable lifecycle — Build, Evaluate, Launch, Learn — built for enterprise-grade call environments.

See how leading teams are using BELL to deploy faster and operate with confidence.

Growth Flywheel is a creatopreneur newsletter. In this newsletter, you get the creator business models, offers, systems, and money-making tactics so you can become an amazing creatopreneur.

Hey, Anirban here. How are you doing today?

As you know, I recently switched this newsletter to a creatopreneur-focused newsletter.

You might wonder who a creatopreneur actually is and how it is different from an influencer or a personal brand.

So before I help you become a creatopreneur, let me break it down in this edition.

What is a creatopreneur

A creatopreneur is someone who builds a business from their content instead of only creating content.

Many people confuse creators with influencers or personal brands. They sound similar, but the purpose and outcome are different.

Here is the difference.

Influencer: Creates content to influence people and earns mainly through brand deals and visibility-based opportunities.

Personal brand: Shares thoughts, ideas, stories and identity to build trust and visibility.

Creatopreneur: Builds a business using content and earns through products, services and offers.

A creatopreneur:

  • Creates content

  • Builds offers

  • Monetises audience

  • Uses systems to operate

  • Thinks like a business owner

Build one strong offer:

Do not start with a niche. Start with a problem you are confident in solving (assuming you already have the skill it takes). One solid offer will take you farther than ten half-baked offers.

Master a platform:

When I started, I tried to focus on too many platforms. First, you have to go deep, then you go wide. This does not mean you put all your eggs in one basket, but you must choose one main platform to grow first. My suggestion would be LinkedIn or Instagram.

Build charisma:

You are not only building a brand, you become the niche. People follow you for your expertise, your opinions and your point of view. That is what makes you unforgettable.

Create consistent content:

Consistency beats everything. If you are consistently posting and showing up daily, you automatically move toward the elite group. Most people lose because they quit, not because they are bad.

Monetise:

People think monetisation starts after they hit 100k followers, but you should think about monetisation from day one. That does not mean pushy selling. First, build trust, then work on your offer and email list, and start selling slowly at a small scale.

Build systems:

Many creators ignore systems. But a system that works for you will save time, save energy and help you make more money. Your business should run even when you are not working.

Think long term:

People compare themselves to others and lose focus. Elite creatopreneurs focus on themselves and their journey. This is a long-term game. No quick fixes, hacks or shortcuts work. What you love and what you dislike should align with how you make money and how you create free time.

Keep learning:

The quote by Winston Churchill always stays in my mind, "I am always ready to learn, although I do not always like being taught." After a point, no one will come to teach you.

You have to learn yourself, observe mentors online, study how others grow and apply it.

No one became rich in a day. Learning from others helps you shorten the journey and avoid mistakes.

Reinvestment:

If you earn £100, invest at least £20 in yourself or your business. If you stop improving, you become stagnant. Reinvest in tools, skills, resources or anything that helps you grow.

Action step for you

Take ten minutes today and do this simple task. (Even better, do it now, let this email stay open on your screen, and you do it on the notebook)

• Write down one problem you can solve for others.
• List the type(s) of people who face that problem.
• Think of one small paid offer you can create around it.
• Now write one piece of content that talks about that problem and how you solve it.
• Share it on your main platform today.

Action will beat everything.

Thanks for checking the newsletter. See you on Thursday.
