Growth flywheel is a private newsletter, where every week I share the BTS (and my learnings) of how I am growing my business, so you can apply these strategies to grow yours.
Hey, what is upppp?
I was in Varanasi over the last few days, and it was a delightful experience. Everything was so wonderful.
The food, the boat ride, and the Dev Deepawali celebration. I didn’t really work last week, so I don’t have much to share about the progress.
Well…
This week in review
I just travelled and experienced delicious food this week, nothing much. But I made sure everything was in place. I scheduled the newsletter editions, but this one I never scheduled, so I’m writing it now.
I also began to see life differently and became more understanding, which was an amazing decision.
Insideletter
This week, I published 3 editions of Insideletter.
Also, I made a big decision, I’ve called off the retreat plan.
Due to no sign-ups and no team. It was hard for me, but I’ll do it anyway.
I promise.
Trimmerly
We don’t have the budget, ran out of cash, so we had to ask the editor to stop for a while.
But we’ve reached out to some writers for collab writing. Let’s see.
Growth flywheel
I couldn’t publish the latest podcast, but I’ll do it asap.
You can check last week’s episode here:

I’ve been publishing my travel newsletter and have released 6 editions so far. It’s going well. Follow along.
What I learnt this week
While I was travelling by train, there was a grandmother who was semi-paralysed. She kept talking, and at first, I felt irritated. Later, my maa told me that she might be suffering from a mental illness, because there are so many things we don’t know.
Perhaps she was forgetting what she had already said.
As I’m trying to see life differently, I immediately stopped feeling irritated and let it go. It helped me regain my peace of mind and made the journey much better.
The same thing happened when I went to a mandir in Varanasi.
The saints there (though I don’t really consider them saints) always ask for money, and some even do so quite forcefully. I began to feel disturbed, but my brother said, ‘Don’t sweat the small stuff.’ I thought to myself, I’m not here for long, so let it be.
It instantly made me feel better.
What I’m reading this week:
Didn’t read any book this week. Will pick one.
Loved reading my stuff, would you mind sharing it with others too?
